Quality Control
Quality Controlled at Every Stage
At Moderno Fabrics, quality is controlled throughout production — from fabric inspection and laboratory testing to stitching and final inspection — ensuring we deliver what we promise.
Fabric Inspection (FID)
Every fabric roll is inspected for GSM, width, shade, construction, defects, and other quality parameters.
In-House Laboratory
We conduct comprehensive tests including shrinkage, color fastness, pilling, rubbing, dimensional stability, and more. Mock samples are tested before bulk production to understand fabric performance and make necessary adjustments.
Inline & Final QC
Dedicated QC teams monitor production, checking measurements, stitching, workmanship, trims, prints, embroidery, and overall garment quality according to customer specifications and tolerances.
Corrective Action
Quality issues are documented, reprocessed where required, and addressed to prevent recurrence.
